Pam Gaffen, President

President, Pam Gaffen founded SharePoint360 in 2006. Since that time, the company has quickly grown providing hosting, consulting and development services for a variety of public and private clients including government agencies, colleges, cities, non-profits, small to medium corporations and large-scale private companies. As President, Pam provides management and oversight for both the corporate and operational functions of SharePoint360. In addition, Pam provides balance to the rapidly expanding company through her creativity, energy and “work hard, play hard” mentality.

Clifford Smeed, Principal

Principal, Clifford Smeed has over 15 years experience in project management, primarily focusing on the IT sector. He is a co-owner and founder of SharePoint360. Cliff has a passion for technology, and believes that by delivering effective technology solutions to people, it is possible to induce accountability, efficiency, transparency, teamwork, empowerment and community. Cliff has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since the product's release in 2001.

Kevin Harris, Chief Executive Officer

CEO, Kevin Harris is responsible for strategic planning and operations of SharePoint360.  Previously, Harris provided executive leadership while engineering the turnaround of the IT division as CIO of Insurance Company of the West.  He holds a bachelor's degree from UCSD and is a member of the boards of the San Diego Economic Development Corp. and Voices for Children.
