Pam Gaffen, President

President, Pam Gaffen founded SharePoint360 in 2006. Since that time, the company has quickly grown providing hosting, consulting and development services for a variety of public and private clients including government agencies, colleges, cities, non-profits, small to medium corporations and large-scale private companies. As President, Pam provides management and oversight for both the corporate and operational functions of SharePoint360. In addition, Pam provides balance to the rapidly expanding company through her creativity, energy and “work hard, play hard” mentality.

Clifford Smeed, Principal

Principal, Clifford Smeed has over 15 years experience in project management, primarily focusing on the IT sector. He is a co-owner and founder of SharePoint360. Cliff has a passion for technology, and believes that by delivering effective technology solutions to people, it is possible to induce accountability, efficiency, transparency, teamwork, empowerment and community. Cliff has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since the product's release in 2001.

Paul West, Principal

Paul West is a co-owner/founder of Sharepoint360 and has extensive experience with both SharePoint architecture and implementations. He believes in the power of SharePoint to deliver real world measureable results that help organizations maximize on their IT investments. He has been working with SharePoint technologies since the Microsoft SharePoint release in 2001.
