Cliff Smeed, Principal
Cliff Smeed has over 15 years
experience in project management, primarily focusing on the IT
sector. He is a co-owner and founder of SharePoint360. Cliff has a
passion for technology, and believes that by delivering effective
technology solutions to people, it is possible to induce
accountability, efficiency, transparency, teamwork, empowerment and
community. Cliff has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since the
product’s release in 2001.
Paul West, Principal
Paul West is a co-owner/founder of Sharepoint360 and has
extensive experience with SharePoint architecture and
implementations. He believes in the power of SharePoint to deliver
real world measureable results that help organizations maximize on
their IT investments. He has been working with SharePoint
technologies since the Microsoft SharePoint release in 2001.
Jake Bastien, Director
of Technical Services
Jake Bastien began his work with SharePoint and at its launch
in 2001. Before joining Sharepoint360, Jake devoted seven years as
Microsoft’s Senior Technical Engineer for Portals and Enterprise
Content Management. Much of Jake’s career has concentrated on
Information Worker Technologies, such as SharePoint and Business
Intelligence tools. He also has extensive experience with SQL
Server, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Portal, Analysis Services, Data
Warehousing, Key Performance Indicators and Dashboard Solutions. His
extensive background with Microsoft helps our team stay on the
cutting edge of technology.
Gary Finberg, Managing
Director, South Africa
Gary Finberg has spent most of his 12 year IT career
exploring and developing Information Worker and Business
Intelligence solutions. He believes in making technology simple and
effective for his customers. Before beginning work at SharePoint360,
Gary developed a custom content and document management systems. He
has extensive experience with SharePoint Portal Server 2003/2007,
SQL Server Analysis and Reporting Services, Performance Management,
Business Scorecards, BI, Systems Management Server and Active
Directory.
Pete DiDonato, Advanced
Solutions Developer
Pete DiDonato has extensive experience working with
SharePoint and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server dating back to
2001. Pete’s areas of expertise include Technology Planning &
Business Analysis (including BI, ERP, KPI’s and IW practices),
Project Management, Re-engineering & Optimization, and Disaster
Planning Evaluation & Testing. Prior to joining SharePoint360, Pete
was employed by Oakley Inc and was an invaluable resource for
building out their entire SharePoint Enterprise Architecture.
Ricardo Flores, Software
Development Manager
Ricardo Flores has over seven years experience developing
software Client Server Applications such as SharePoint webparts,
site definitions, web services, features solutions, and workflows.
Ricardo is also well versed in .ASP and .ASPX web applications,
desktop based applications, and reporting.
Joseph Gacoscos, Lead
Trainer
Joe Gacoscos began training in 2001, and has consistently
demonstrated his knack for making the complicated seem easy. He
began his career as a Master Training Specialist with the U.S. Navy,
which led the way to his position as a curriculum developer and
eventually a software trainer. At SharePoint, Joe is a valuable
online and personal trainer, and he is currently manages our
integrated SharePoint Learning Management System (LMS) providing
rapid and customized training solutions.
