  • Can I modify my site?
    Yes. Although heavy customizations are not recommended without proper training and may fall out of covered support, your site is yours to configure on your own or with the assistance of one of our consulting professionals. All of our hosted sites can be accessed using SharePoint Designer.

  • What about support?
    Have a question or need help? In addition to our Resources complete with FAQs, How-Tos and Training Videos, SP360 supports our hosted clients directly from their sites with email support requests forms covering technical and billing questions and are processed between 8am-5pm (PST) with a next business day response guaranteed. SharePoint360 can also provide custom support, training or development services through our consulting team of professionals on an as needed basis.

  • Is my data secure?
    The following security measures are some of the methods that we use to ensure a secure hosting environment at our world class data center:

    1. The separation between external-facing web services and internal application-tier services through the use of Virtual LANs, firewall DMZs and access-lists. 
    2. On site physical security systems that are on-par with all major hosting providers, all of which is managed by 24x7 security services.
    3. Optional SSL encrypted websites for businesses that require encrypted data transfers.
    4. Optional SSL over VPN for businesses that require a secure “Sandbox” with encrypted data transfers for their websites.

    We are constantly evaluating our security threats and taking action to address them with the sole purpose of providing piece-of-mind to not only our customers, but ourselves.


  • Can I remove my data?
    Data is one of the most valuable assets that a business retains. SharePoint360 fully recognizes the importance of data to all businesses and has implemented a backup and data recovery model that will ensure the quick and reliable recovery of any lost or corrupted data. All of our configurations, both network and server, are backed up on a daily basis. We archive all data and configurations to an HP tape storage device and store all tapes in a secure, disaster-averse location. We ensure that all data is secure during the entire backup process, from the server or database to the storage facility and back to restoration. We provide a series of backup retention offerings, ranging from one day to one year and more. If your hosting agreement is terminated, a copy of your most current data can be provided to you via SQL Backups.

  • What about billing questions?
    Billing questions from Portal Administrators are handled directly through the support requests form on you site and are processed between 8am-5pm (PST) with a next business day response.
